This company is VERY QUICK in responding. I called, sent a picture, was quoted a price and had my palm removed all within 16 hours. Jesus and the crew that showed up were early (unusual for most companies) very nice, thorough in the work and clean up. He was even very understanding when I got a bit picky about leveling the stump! I would definitely recommend Valley Tree Service.

Luis came out same day I requested a quote. He walked the property with me, listened attentively and gave me a reasonable quote while still on site. It was very reasonable and we contracted for him to do the work. They arrived on the scheduled day at the scheduled time. His team was efficient and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves. My trees look beautiful. I will use them again in the future, and I highly recommend them!

Should've went with this company in the first place!!! Great communication, hard workers, cleaned up the mess and looked better after they left. Showed up when they were supposed to. Do NOT use HLI company, very bad experience. Valley Tree was hands down worth it. I will def have them help me in the future

I had 9 trees on my property, one a big Ash, whose roots were eating up my backyard. I called 4 tree companies for estimates, the only one that showed up was Luis from Valley TreeCare. He showed me his license, I thought his estimate was reasonable, he explained what they would do. His crew of 3 arrived about 9:am, they immediately started on the Ash, removed it all plus roots in yard, took the stump down 6" below ground level, as they did with the other two trees they removed. Trimmed the rest of the trees, by 5:pm they were finished with the job, everything was cleaned up. Thank you Valley Tree Care Inc., you did an excellent job.
